About Me
I am an amateur fine art printmaker and printmaking tools tinker. My current mediums are linocut and woodcut relief prints, and wood pyrography printed either relief or intaglio. In lieu of a traditional baren or press, I experiment with homemade tools to pull prints.
I am a civil engineer with little art background. My knowledge of drawing is mostly from drafting, outlines and simple hatching. I hope to keep this influence while broadening my drawing and printmaking skills. I enjoy using my engineering skills in making tools to support my printmaking.

Cool intaglio & relief using pyrography! I do pyrography as well, and my husband wanted me to try a print from it but haven't yet. I shall have to give it a go one day.

Do you have any pyrographs up on your blog? I did a search and didn't come up with anything, but maybe they weren't labelled as such.
